Ghost Score (0–100) is a heuristic — no ML, no LLM. It combines four signals from your deal data. Higher = more likely to be a ghost. Scores are deterministic and auditable.
Days since last activity vs. the median for that stage. Ratio ≥ 2x starts scoring; ≥ 3x maxes out.
How long the deal has sat in this stage vs. median. A deal 2x the median age gets half the points; 3x gets full points.
Each push of the close date adds 8 points (capped at 25). Three or more pushes is a strong ghost signal.
Large deals in early stages (Prospecting/Qualified) ghost at higher rates. High-value outliers score up to 20 pts.
